Made this for the first time alone.. Actually it tasted good , I liked it.. But my kiddies and hubby didnt :( All are sugar haters, I had a little hope in the younger one, but she said .."when i ate this from temple it was good but now not so good " :((
Anyways it looked nice and a navarathri special offering to God!

Steamed Banana, and coconut sugar mixture inside . Then fried.
Hmm..too much oil.. . I am also tasting this for the first time.. its ok..Better to make banana fry.
Kids ate, BJ said this is a nice snack.
