Vellayappam + Beef Masala

I was quite impressed by one mail i got recently. It was about the common breakfast items in kerala. Wow, what a picture, man.. I spent more than 5 minutes seeing the various pictures like idly_+sambhar, dosha+chutney, put+kadala and then i realised i am having these items regualrly . So this is an attempt to recreate all those breakfast items

Chicken Fried Rice

An attempt after seeing numerous fried rice versions in the blog. Fortunately, it didnt turned out bad, but i am not satisfied because of its looks. I dint fry the rice may be thats the reason..The taste was ok and it went well the butter chicken too.
