My very first attempt and this was good.
Amma gave me an unniyappa chatti 2 years back, and today it got moksham..

Mysore Dosa

Tried Mysore Dosa, the inside masala is channadal + urud dal+ raw mulagu.

Kids liked it.

Cherupayar parippu payasam

BJ's birthday special payasam. He is not a sweet loving person, still he said this is good.. so success.

Kids made some cards, so lockdown special birthday was good

Beef fry- kottayam style

Beef fry Kottayam style, this came out very well. All liked too, success!

Tried Al faham and Garlic Sauce. Got a new recipe site, Fadwas kitchen. She explains everything very nicely.
This had a long process and I followed all steps, so came out very well.
But not suitable for this corona lock down period, as items vanish so easily..

Banana Shake

Simple Banana Shake, with minnu's decoration items 😃

Kubbosse, Hummus

I made Kubbose and Hummus.
Kubbose was soft, and good.
Hummus was just ok

Happy Vishu 2020

When i checked this blog, I dont have any photos for onam celebrations, but almost all vishus i have added here. It doesnt mean we celebrate Vishu more, Onam is celebrated more grant, but i think I lose interest in photography after all those preparations.

Vishu definitely has a charm mostly because of the vishukani and now a days kani photos are a must. This blog has same style vishukani of past years.

But something made this vishukani special.
As usual I woke up ahead of BJ(only this day) and I walked with my eyes halfclosed, tolight the lamp. But there was already small light and i wondered what it is. After lughting the vilakku I openend my eyes and saw the beautiful sunrise just infront.
Wow, that was definitely a veryy beautiful view.. slowly rising sun, spreading all those vibrant colors.. just infront of my eyes..

Well, i never noticed this sunrise daily infront of my house because sun baba gets up so early, u know.. 😄

I called Bijuettan and always like to make him walk with closed eyes. He was also surprised to see this view.

It was really good, calm, serene, beautiful and lucky to stand near him and watch this beahtiful sunrise with our small Vishu kani.
What other kani can God give me.

I felt so blank, forgot what to pray.. at this difficult time for whole world what else to pray

We definitely had our usual sadya too.. but this timeno banana leaf.. still wonderful
